Quilting Reservation List

Complete this form to have your quilt professionally quilted! Make sure your backing and batting are 4" larger around the perimeter of the quilt. For example, if your quilt is 60" x 80", your backing and batting should be at least 68" X 88" We will call you when we are ready to have your quilt sent to us. If you are mailing your quilt, we will call you so you know your baby has arrived safely. Once quilted, we will ship it back to you for FREE!
